Elements of these studies include demographic modeling, competitor assessments, physician manpower analyses, workforce needs, and healthcare services utilization and market share.
- Geo-coding data to geographic identifiers to assist clients with facility relocation, site selection, planning, and market segmentation.
- Preparing consolidated operating budget including preparing individual departmental budgets for revenues, expenses, and capital expenditures.
